All collection accounts assigned to Direct Credit Control, Inc. (DCC) are reported to the NATIONAL Credit Reporting Bureau(s). Since we are registered as a California collection agency with the National Credit Bureau, this will have a greater negative impact on the debtor’s total credit score. However, once the debtor begins making payments on the collection account, or if they pay the balance in full, their credit score will be greatly improved, providing a good incentive for them to pay their past due account. All collection notices sent by DCC encourage the debtor to pay their collection account, and once done so, DCC will report the account as being paid, thereby improving their credit score.


Direct Credit Control also has the ability to immediately access the CREDIT BUREAU REPORT of any individual assigned to DCC. This data provides DCC with a current financial profile of the debtor in question and gives our collector the ability to better evaluate the debtors ability to pay their DCC collection account.
