DCC specializes in COMMERCIAL collections (Unpaid Invoices, Broken Service Agreementd, Bad Checks and Court Judgments) whether you have 1 or 2 a year or a handfull each month we welcome your business. Using highly sophisticated research and skip-tracing tools we can easily determine the correct legal entity and ownership of any debtor company, as well as formulate an accurate financial profile as to their assets and cash flow. If your debtor is NOT a corporation in good standing, DCC will identify and direct our collection efforts toward the OWNERS of the debtor company and may attach THEIR personal assets, as well as place derrogatory information on their individual Credit Reports. We are able to locate new addresses, phone numbers and assets in case your debtor is a skip or if litigation becomes necessary to effect collection. 

We emphasize immediate telephone contact by our experienced demand collectors who will continue to pursue the debtor to pay their balance in full, as soon as possible.  We make every attempt to preserve customer goodwill and work with your customer to pay their past due account and avoid legal action - BUT if we are unable to come to suitable terms with the debtor, we will qualify their ability to pay, locate attachable assets and along with your written permission DCC may proceed to file a lawsuit and seize assets.

 All assignments are keyed into our computer system and each contact with your debtor is noted, this allows us to provide you with up-to-the-minute reports as to the status of our progress. It is the mission of DCC to form an accurate financial profile on your debtor’s ability to pay as soon as possible, then we’ll either recover the balance in full, set up a suitable re-payment schedule or prepare to file a lawsuit to force payment.

Direct Credit Control, Inc. (DCC), is a professional, full service California Collection agency. Our company is committed to providing excellent collection service throughout the state of California. As of 2008 we proudly service over 500 active clients. 120 of which are California Dental, Medical and Medical Billing Companies, over 80 Property Management Companies (Residential and Commercial), 25 Auto Dealerships and 20 Career Colleges/Schools.

We also work with several Law Offices, collecting on past due retainers and judgments, bad loans and deficiency balances for Credit Unions and many Retail and Commercial outlets with Court judgments, Bad Checks, past due Loans and Open Invoices to collect on. References are available upon request.
